PlanYourTrip is an independent travel planning and visa assistance service. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the PlanYourTrip website and services. By accessing our site, requesting a quote or submitting a service request, you agree to be bound by everything set out below.
PlanYourTrip is an independent service. To be explicit:
- We are NOT an embassy.
- We are NOT a consulate.
- We are NOT affiliated with VFS.
- We are NOT affiliated with any government authority.
2. Services Offered
PlanYourTrip provides the following services on a per-request basis:
- Personalized Europe trip planning
- Schengen visa assistance
- Travel itinerary preparation
- Document guidance
- Cover letter assistance
- Visa application guidance
3. User Responsibilities
As a user, you are responsible for:
- Providing genuine information
- Providing complete documents
- Ensuring passport validity
- Providing accurate travel information
- Cooperating throughout the application process
4. Pricing
Service fees are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) at the time of booking and are exclusive of any embassy, consulate, VFS, insurance, courier, translation or other third-party charges, which are billed at cost.
Prices for individual services (for example our ₹3,600 Schengen visa assistance package) may be updated from time to time. The price displayed at the moment you submit a request is the price that applies to that request.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Cancellation within one hour
You may cancel within one hour of payment and receive a 100% refund, provided work has not yet started.
5.2 After work has started
No refund will be issued after one hour or once work on your request has started.
5.3 Visa refusal refund
If a Schengen visa is refused, PlanYourTrip will refund 100% of its own service fee only if:
- Genuine documents were submitted
- Documents were complete
- Information provided was truthful
- Customer fully cooperated throughout the process
5.4 Non-refundable charges
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Embassy fees
- Consulate fees
- VFS fees
- Travel insurance
- Courier charges
- Translation fees
- Any third-party charges
5.5 When refunds do not apply
- Fake documents are submitted
- Information is intentionally incorrect
- Documents are incomplete because of the customer
- Customer withdraws after work has begun
6. Disclaimer
PlanYourTrip is an independent travel planning and visa assistance platform. We are not affiliated with any embassy, consulate, VFS Global or government authority.
Visa approval or rejection is solely at the discretion of the relevant embassy or consulate. Using our services does not guarantee visa approval — our role is limited to guidance, travel planning and documentation assistance.
PlanYourTrip reserves the right to refuse service where fraudulent, forged or misleading documents are submitted.
7. Privacy
We collect and process personal information strictly to deliver the services you request. Full details of what we collect, how we use it and your rights are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Cookies
Our website uses cookies for functionality, analytics, performance improvements and marketing measurement, including tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity.
You may disable cookies through your browser settings at any time; some site features may not work as expected if you do.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlanYourTrip's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the service fee actually paid by you for the specific request in question.
We are not liable for embassy or consulate decisions, third-party service failures (airlines, hotels, insurers, couriers, translators, VFS), travel disruptions, or losses caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
