Refund Policy
Clear, upfront refund rules so you always know where you stand.

1. Cancellation within one hour
Customers may cancel within ONE HOUR of payment and receive a 100% refund if work has not started.
2. After work has started
No refund will be issued after one hour or once work has started.
3. Visa refusal refund
If a Schengen visa is refused, PlanYourTrip will refund 100% of its own service fee ONLY IF:
- Genuine documents were submitted
- Documents were complete
- Information provided was truthful
- Customer fully cooperated throughout the process
4. Non-refundable charges
The following are NON REFUNDABLE:
- Embassy fees
- Consulate fees
- VFS fees
- Travel insurance
- Courier charges
- Translation fees
- Any third-party charges
5. When refunds do not apply
Refunds are not applicable where:
- Fake documents are submitted
- Information is intentionally incorrect
- Documents are incomplete because of the customer
- Customer withdraws after work has begun
